Shipping & Exchange Terms

1. Shipping Details
- Service Provider: We ship across India via registered courier partners.
- Delivery Time: Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and unforeseen delays).
- International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Flat shipping fee of ₹100.
- COD Orders: Flat shipping fee of ₹150.
3. Order Processing & Delivery
- All orders are dispatched from our Hyderabad-based warehouse.
- Ensure your shipping address includes complete details (PIN code, mobile number) to avoid delivery delays.
- Failed Deliveries: Courier partners will attempt delivery twice. Unclaimed orders will be returned to us.
4. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery under these conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Process: Contact us within 72 hours at care@sindhumakam.com with your order number and exchange request.
- Reverse pick-up will be arranged within 7 days.
- Upon quality approval, your exchange will be processed in 7 working days (subject to availability).
- One-Time Exchange: Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- Self-Ship Option: If courier pick-up is unavailable, self-ship the product to our warehouse for reimbursement of actual shipping costs.
Note: No exchanges for international orders.
5. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for color variations, sizing, or subjective preferences.
- Exceptions: Refunds are processed only for fulfillment errors (e.g., wrong/missing items).
- Store Credit: Eligible cases receive credit (valid for 1 year, single use) after deducting ₹150 for shipping/reverse pick-up.
